Mike specialised areas include a statutory financial report, external audit, internal audit and process improvement, M&A transaction service, financial due diligence, AASB/IFRS advice etc. With his diversified professional experience and deep knowledge of industries, he brings practical and complying solutions to his clients. He has worked at international accounting firms including KPMG, PwC and Mazars and holds senior position or directorship in local and international organizations.
Mike has provided professional services to the global 500 companies which have investments in Australia, local private groups and entrepreneur companies. Coming out of KPMG with over 20 years' experience as a tax partner, Rod has assisted a range of Australian and international companies to navigate the complexities of taxation, business, finance and government policy to successfully grow and expand.
Rod has helped companies expand globally, raise funds and grow their business organically or through successful M&A activity. As lead tax adviser on some of Australia’s largest transactions, Rod has experience with takeovers, mergers, IPOs, divestments, joint ventures, capital raisings and complex funding arrangements.
With specialist experiences in climate change issues, emissions trading and renewable energy, Rod has advised on the structuring and development of many windfarms, solar and hydro projects. He has spoken on tax and sustainability at global seminars in Australia, China, Brazil and Singapore.
Rod has assisted companies and industries consult with Government on new policy including the Minerals Resource Rent Tax and the Carbon Tax. He appeared before the Senate Economics Committee to make submissions on tax policy reforms.

Eric has extensive experience in all areas of corporate finance with a particular emphasis on IPOs and RTOs, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, capital management, and strategic advisory.
Prior to joining Wis Capital, Eric was the Director and Head of Investment Banking of an Australian national investment banking group. He also specialises in assisting early-stage, growth companies from emerging industries to develop business strategy, execute the business plan, get investment ready, raise capital, and execute exit strategies.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fudan University, and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of New South Wales.

Michael is a seasoned Human Resources expert on both strategic and operational dimensions. He has more than 20 years’ experience with leading global organisations in Asian countries and Europe.
Michael’s core expertise is the design and implementation of leadership training and organisational development programs to generate near term benefits for organisations and talents.
Michael is certified to administrator Hogan and MBTI assessment tools. He has rich experience in talent assessment for recruitment and leadership development. He has more than 500+ hours of coaching experience on middle to senior leaders. He is also a DDI certified facilitator. He has 700+ hours of experience in sales/management/leadership training.
Michael is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the consulting/e-commerce industry. He acquired his Global EMBA degree from CEIBS.

Alan has more than 7-year experience providing professional services in outsourced financial services, tax advice, financial due diligence, financial audit and business valuation area to a wide range of clients in Mainland China and Australia, especially Chinese SOEs, Chinese large private groups, and HK listed groups with investments in Australia as well as Australian large private companies, across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including e-commerce, manufacturing, real estate, consumer products, renewable energy and construction. He is also specialised in providing virtual CFO service to Australian start-ups seeking growth and financing.
Alan’s clients mainly comprise Trip.com, Lesso Group, Sunglow Group, Yuhu Group, CRRC, Access Corporate, CWG Group, BCEG, BJCE, KWG Group, MacKeller Capital and Ausvogar Group.

Nate is the graduate accountant of Wis Partners, mainly providing accounting, audit and assurance and other services to customers. He has extensive accounting experience in the manufacturing and retail industries. Before joining Wis Partners, he has experience in advisory for macroeconomic government policies and had participated in the preparation of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Xicheng District, Beijing, and he had engaged in the analysis of "China Economic Life Survey (2014-2015)".

Ms. Miao Niu is currently the administrative executive of Wis Partners. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm's office including organizing and supporting the firm's practice.
Prior to joining Wis Partners, Ms. Niu worked as an administrative executive and sales assistant for a number of local companies in Sydney, Australia, in a variety of industries including manufacturing, business services, and real estate. She gained extensive work experience and furthered her theoretical knowledge of administrative management during the work period. Apart from that, she obtained a professional certificate in administration as continuing progress.

Richard is an expert in financial analysis and business services. He has extensive analytic experience and business knowledge across several industries such as utility, renewable energy, mining and logistic. Richard spent over ten years in large corporations including Energex Ltd, Toll Australia Group, Xstrata Copper, Expeditors international, Hanjin Shipping and SINOPEC.
Richard is also a registered migration agent, specializing in business migration and working visa. This enables him to comprehensively help overseas companies, entrepreneurs and their families invest and stay in Australia.

Rhyson joined the Energy and Utility Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Beijing Office in 2001 when he received his bachelor’s degree from Central University of Finance and Economics (CUEF 中央财经大学).
During his 10 years in PwC, Rhyson was involved in the audit and accounting service for China’s largest Power and Utility Companies, most importantly, Huaneng Power and Datang Power. Rhyson was involved in many transactions in the power and utility sector in China. Rhyson is proud to be the Signing CPA for Huaneng Power International Inc (华能国际) and Datang Power Generation (大唐发电) in 2008 and 2009. From 2005 to 2007, Rhyson went on secondment in PwC UK in London and Glasgow, serving top-tier power and utility clients including Scottish Power and InterGen.
Rhyson left PwC in 2010 and took the CFO role of China Hydroelectric Corporation (中华水电), a US-listed Chinese power company with 20+ subsidiaries across China.
Rhyson moved to Australia in late 2011 and took the CFO role in AusChina Energy Group (中澳能源集团), in a Sydney-based clean energy company, a JV established by Fortune 500 companies. From 2013 to now, Rhyson has been engaged by a few Chinese energy companies in a variety of directorship and advisory roles –
